 Planning for the Harvest! Minimize
This time of the year I always look back on the pantry shelves and in the freezer to see what we have enjoyed the most out of the gardens bounty. This year we really enjoyed our Dill Pickels and Raspberry Jam the most. I marked my calendar in July so I would take time out to preserve more of these treasures so our family will have them in the winter.
By planning ahead you can save yourself alot of headaches and money. Also by keeping track of the favorites you can take advantage of prime season picks.

   CSA CHOICES Minimize
We encourage our members to taste all of the selections during the produce season. However we understand when a member opts out of certain types of veggies or fruits. When we can we allow substitutions too.
Our recipe file contains many combinations of selections from June to October to help the member enjoy their basket.
