CSA Program Information - Spyglass Gardens llc Print
Our program is very flexible. If you are gone (vacation etc) We allow you to skip 2 weeks ..as long as you let us know in advance. We will bank your 2 skipped weeks and you can use them towards extras or a double basket. We allow our members to use 1 banked week on special selections that we offer (produce that we do not grow). Each week we post the availbility list on this website and if you wish to double up or substract it is no problem at all. Some restrictions apply...
Each week during the season you will receive fresh picked in season veggies and fruits. Before the season starts we will have you fill out a personal choice form, this helps us understand what you like, are allergic to and what you don't like. Because of the wide variety that we grow, we understand more about what we need to plant for families. We include recipes & helpful cooking tips to make it easier to enjoy your fresh produce. During the season we add cut herbs to enhance your tablefare. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR THE NEW 2014 SCHEDULE AND CONTRACT spyglassgardens@gmail.com

Farm goes Greener! Print
We have always tried to reuse or recycle when we can. Our nursery pots and trays are sanitized and reused till they fall apart. Compositing is a daily ritual. Even the trelis twine is rolled up and reused another year.
Our CSA Program is of no exception. WE use washable bags for each members share. Use recycled paper bags when possible. In 2010 we started posting here on this page the weekly fresh picks and the recipe or foodwise tip. Saves on paper and ink... Each week this is updated for all to enjoy.
CSA PROGRAM PICKS and TIPS Print
Each week we add recipes to the Picks and Tips pages. It is our hope that all that view our web page enjoy these recipes...No need to log in...Every week we also post the weekly picks.
