You can purchase small cuts all vaccumed sealed at the Eagle Farmers Market every Saturday...Once you try their lamb you will be ordering more!
| A NOTE FROM BUCKS BARNYARD - Wednesday, August 11, 2010 We are a small scale producer. Our farm is located south of Nampa where we have been raising quality lambs from proven Suffolk stock for over 20 years!
Our lambs enjoy all natural feeds and receive NO growth hormones or antibiotics (except to treat illness). When our lambs reach between 120 to140 lbs they are cut, wrapped and frozen at a USDA inspected processing plant in Nampa, Idaho and yield a hanging weight of 60 to 80 pounds.
We offer lambs whole, half and by the cut. Whole and half orders will be delivered to your Ada/Canyon Co. Location around August or September.
